If you are not pleased with your purchase, return the item with all tags attached and the original sales/gift receipt within 30 days for a full refund/exchange or store credit.
We are unable to accept returns on sale items, panties, thongs, stockings, costumes or adult items. By law, intimate apparel containing panties in any form can not be returned once it has been tried on or worn.
Proper care should be exercised with lingerie. However, if items are damaged or defective, we will provide a full refund within 30 days of purchase. Exchange or store credit will be provided after 30 days up to 90 days.

We encourage you to use certified or insured mail, as we cannot be responsible for items lost. When returning a gift, please provide us with the name and address of the gift-giver.
